Determining whether the downloaded file is corrupt

If the self-installing executable file is corrupted during the download, this will become evident by any of the following:

  • The size of the file that you downloaded is different to that shown on the TOYS Download page. Note that you must compare the actual size of the file in bytes and not the size on disk.
  • You cannot execute the downloaded file.
  • You are able to execute the file but the installer issues the message below.

If you determine that you have a corrupted file then you will need to download it again. Please note that you may have to flush your browser's cache to actually get a new copy of the file.
