If you believe you have encountered a bug in TOYS then we suggest the following.

• Review TOYS bugs and issues to ensure that the issue has not already been registered.

• To submit a bug report, please email the details of the bug to our support team.

  You should include the following details:

  • The version of TOYS.
  • The version of Microsoft® Windows®.
  • The version of the Oracle® server (might be more than one of these).
  • The function you were doing.
  • Description of the problem and any relevant information.
  • If you wish to be contacted, please supply a valid email address.
