  How to submit an enhancement request

If you wish to request an enhancement to TOYS then do the following.

  • Review TOYS bugs and issues to ensure that a similar request has not already been registered.

  • To submit an enhancement request, please email the details of the request to our support team.

    You should include the following details:

    • The version of TOYS.
    • The version of Microsoft® Windows®.
    • The versions of the Oracle® servers you use.
    • A description of the required enhancement and any relevant information.
    • If you wish to be contacted, please supply a valid email address.
